At Tattered Pixie, every piece is handcrafted with love and care, making each item truly one-of-a-kind. Due to the unique nature of my designs and the time-intensive process involved in their creation, I am unable to accept returns or offer refunds. However, I want you to feel confident and delighted with your purchase, so please review the policy below:

All Sales Are Final
Because my items are individually crafted and often made in custom sizing or a range of adjustable sizes, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong piece, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at jasmine@tatteredpixie.com with order number, photos and a description of the issue. I will do my best to offer a repair, replacement, or store credit when appropriate.

Sizing & Fit Assistance
To ensure the best fit, please review all provided measurements carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about sizing or fit, feel free to reach out before placing your order!
